As a mayor you can add other players as comayor. You can have multiple comayors. As a comayor they can edit blocks on your town's unowned land. They can also eminent domain plots, flatten plots, and use the town claim command. It costs 5500 gems to add someone as comayor. They will remain comayor for 1 year and then you will have to re-add them again. If they leave your town they will lose their comayor status and will not regain it by joining again. You should only add people you trust 110% because they can completely destroy your town, the spawn, steal wool, ed plots you don't want, and use up your town's gold and gems.
The commands are:
/town addcomayor <resident>
/town removecomayor <resident>
