How do I sell a plot?

To sell a plot you must be the plot owner OR the mayor and the plot must be unowned. 

To sell the plot say 

• /plot forsale <amount>

Replace <amount> with amount of gold you want to sell it for.  This game has taxes when plots are being sold.  You will receive 70% of the number you sell the plot for when someone buys it.  The minimum plot price allowed is 100.

 

For example you say /plot forsale 1000 

If you are a town member when the plot is sold you will receive 700.  If you are the mayor selling an unowned plot the town receives 700.

 

This command is experimental and not everyone has access to it.
